WHAT IS 42 STRONG?

A 42 Day Fitness Jumpstart called 42 Strong that includes small group personal training to build strength and lean muscle, and metabolic team training that is fun and challenging while burning a lot of calories; supported along the way with nutrition guidance and accountability so that you get the best results possible, ones that will stick. All sessions are held Live and In-Person at Vigor Ground Fitness and Performance in Renton, WA.

For the first time we’re also giving 6 semi-private personal training sessions (1 session per week) with a completely customized program as part of the package. You’ll have a Vigor coach that is with you for the whole 42-day program coaching you, guiding you, and supporting you every step of the way.

At Vigor Ground Fitness, we help our youth athletes develop in two phases - Learning to Train and Training to Compete. Learning to Train builds the athletic foundation by teaching proper movement mechanics and lifting techniques in a fun, competitive environment. The next stage is the Training to Compete phase where we develop speed, agility, strength, power, and injury prevention skills. Our program is designed to complement the sports activity and maximize overall performance.

Youth athletes should not be trained like professionals—proper, age-appropriate training is key to long-term success.
